In the third screen (second mystic room), the cat familiar is inside the right-hand treasure cauldron. Check there, again, please. I’m checking the files and it doesn’t seem to have a problem. Maybe you bypassed that mystic room without noticing?

In the Haunted Castle, you need to fight with the cauldron boss. After defeating it, a treasure cauldron will appear and it will contain the Mystical Book. You, then, need to enhance it twice for it to be transformed to Mummylator and then a quest will appear and you can follow it.

The Secret Room #3 is in the Forgotten Forest. This stage has two secret rooms, like the last stage. Of course, Secret Room #3 has the same visual cue as the secret room #2 in the same stage, so it will be easier to be spotted.

Elegance is one of the mythicals. Maybe I forgot to update the quest log when you get it. I’ll fix this issue in the upcoming update. The quest log will probably register the quest as completed, when you find all four of them, though.
